MERRY CHRISMAS TO ALL!  It was a pleasant surprise to receive a Jade Horse from all of you.  I truly love it!  Reading the Crystal “Bible” by Judy Hall, JADE is a wonderful semi-precious stone filled with many positive attributes. It will take a few pages to innumerate all of it’s positive vibes that brings harmony.  It is believed to attract good luck and friendship.  Thank you all for such a special and unique gift!  I will treasure it forever.

I’m finally back to the California groove…getting over with a cold that prevented me from sending you the stats sooner. Another eventful year 2017 will soon pass in less than a week, and we should all be THANKFUL to whomever you believe has been guiding you, protecting you from getting harmed, and blessing your life with good health, good friends, happiness, and contentment in your heart.

Superscrabble Games 12-21-17

DECEMBER 21, 2017, THURSDAY, 10:00a.m.  As previously mentioned, we are meeting at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club located: 12442 Tustin Ranch Road, Tustin, CA 92782.  The phone number at Tustin Ranch Golf Club is 714-734-2113. Take 5 South and exit Tustin Ranch Gold Club; left Tustin Ranch Road; pass Irvine Blvd.; right Township across the guard gate.  The golf course is on your right.  If you’re coming from Chapman to Jamboree, make a right on Tustin Ranch Road, and left on Township; proceed to Tustin Ranch Gold Club.

The instant reward for a word with 14 to 15+ letters is now worth $150.  Thanks to Yuki Loritz who contributed $50 towards the reward. The pot for 12- to 13-letter-word category has $50.  An unknown contributor dropped some prize money into the pot. To qualify for an instant reward, the word must contain 5 letters or more. Study the assigned categories to enjoy more prizes. THE EXAMPLES BELOW are incomplete; some singular or plural variants are missing. If you wish to have a PDF copy of Word Judge for Clubs and Tournaments, let Maliha know so she can email you an updated version via Dropbox or WeTransfer.

LEARN a long word each day:  CABINETMAKING=13 letters.  You may start with CAB, BINE, CABINET.  Make a compound word to qualify in the 12- to 13-letter-word category.  This example CARBOMONOXYHEMOGLOBIN=21 letters.  (There’s $150 in the pot.)  CARBO MONO GLOBIN are good to play.  CARBOMONOXYHEMOGLOBIN (Similar to CARBOXYHEMOGLOBIN, which means hemoglobin that has carbon monoxide instead of the normal oxygen bound to it.  A positive mind CAN get a positive result; and each one of you at the Superscrabble Club possesses a beautiful mind.  Think PMA–positive mental attitude will truly make you better.
