RESULTS 1-29-15 SUPERSCRABBLE CLUB GAMES

Standard

Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the funnest and liveliest game in town! Congratulations to all who achieved their personal goals, and particularly Roy Kamen who won 3 games, cumulated high score, high game, mostest bingos=13, and words in the assigned category. Gretchen Cowan was right next to Roy for the high game at 1004. Janet Goldstein surprised us all for coming in second in cumulative score, and also found a word in the “farming” category. Renee Kahn also won 3 games, and was able to find the assigned categories for all sessions including the FER- word for all day category. Bill Lapinski came in 3rd, and played 12 bingos. Najat Reikes couldn’t be beat with her highest scoring bingo of JESTING=171 points. In this club, anybody can play anyone. It begins with drawing the name of your first playmate. For the next two games, the player is paired according to the last game’s score. Whoever scored the nearest total compared to others, those players will be paired. For example if my score is 911, I will be paired with the one whose score is 949.
