Reminder: Superscrabble Club games

We sure had a joyful event befitting players who are truly champions of words!  Everyone knows that playing word games can stimulate the brain cells, may prevent memory loss, and can sharpen mental acuity.  Meeting 10:00 A.M. at the same venue: 2130 Chandler Drive, Tustin 92782; text or call Maliha at 714654-4308; or leave a voice mail at 714-544-4746.  There’s no fee to join the Superscrabble Club, and nothing to bring except your happy self.  Equipment is provided.  The current version of WJ2 electronic app, is ready for download by visiting the website WGPO-WJ2.com free of charge. For new comers, a “cheat sheet” will be allowed and theirs to keep.

Three wins award=25; 5/word for each category assigned; 1/bingo (bonus word); high scoring game=1¢/point (Example: after 3 games if your score is higher than anybody else’s high game–scoring 1600 will win 16); high-point bingo word=5; and highest cumulative score=5. The high cum will be awarded on the next meeting as soon as the winner is determined.

1st game category:  Words ending with “-ING” containing 5 or more letters.  Example:  AILING, AGING, ANGLING, ADZING, BALLING, BLEEDING, BEING, BEADING, CRYING, COOING, DRYING, DIVING, DOING, EDGING, EATING, etc.

2nd game category:  Words beginning with “CRU-” with 5 letters or more.  Example: CRUCIAL, CRUCIAN, CRUCIBLE, CRUCIFER, CRUCIFIED, CRUCIFIX, CRUCIFIXION, CRUCIFORM, CRUCIFY, CRUCK, CRUDDED, CRUDO CRUDDY, CRUDE, CRUDER, CRUDES, CRUDEST, CRUDITY, CRUDOS, CRUDS, CRUEL, CRUELER, CRUELLY, CRUELTY, CRUET, CRUETS, CRUFT, CRUISE, CRUISED, CRUMB, CRUMBED, CRUMBY, CRUNK, etc.
