First round category: Words having to do with home appliances. Examples: dishwasher, toaster, ovens, washer, dryer, blower, phone, freezer, mower, etc.
Second round: Profession, example: lawyer, doctor, nurse, driver, teacher, fireman, engineer, surveyor, postman, janitor, therapist, footman, waiter, etc.
Third round: Sea creatures, examples: fishes, narwhal, narwal, whale, beluga, sturgeon, hausen, tilapia, catfish, shrimp, lobster, nautilus, etc.
LEARN a long word that can be played in multiple steps. Here’s a good one: PARTRIDGEBERRIES = 16 letters. Perhaps you can start with RIDGE. There’s 200$ saved up for anyone who can complete the long word. This event is waiting to happen since Sept. 2012. 5$ is dropped in the box after each Superscrabble event. Try your best to find any long word–this is an on-going challenge. Anybody who finds a 15- to 16+letter word will receive a special scrabble rack handmade with peace and love, bejeweled with semi-precious gemstones.
To qualify for the categories listed above, the word must have five or more letters. Also during the three rounds, any word that starts with BUS– will have a prize (with five letters or more). See the rest of the "BUS–" word list on Saturday at https://superscrabble.wordpress.com, superscrabble21; . You may also wish to read about the history of how this club was started.
